Welcome to PACS
Caring for those who cared for us
Finding the right care - whether for yourself or for someone you love can feel overwhelming. At PACS, we make it simpler, more personal, and more reassuring.
We provide flexible, person-centred care that helps older Australians and veterans remain safe, independent, and connected in the place they feel most comfortable: home.
Our care is built around real relationships. We take the time to listen, understand what matters to you, and tailor support that fits your life today — and adapts as needs change tomorrow.
We are proud to be:
- A government-approved provider under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)
- A provider of Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) and (DVA) Community Nursing services
- An associated provider for Support At Home (SAH)
- A trusted partner for brokered care through other organisations
- A provider of tailored private care for individuals who wish to self-fund support

Why Families Choose PACS
Choosing care for yourself or someone you love is a big decision. At PACS, we understand that — because for us, care is personal.
Many of our staff have been with us for years. They don’t just provide a service; they build genuine relationships. They learn routines, remember preferences, and take the time to care with respect, patience, and kindness. Our care feels familiar — not rushed or clinical.
When you call PACS, a real person answers the phone. There’s no “press 1 for this” or *“press 2 for that.”
You speak with someone who listens, understands, and helps, especially when things feel overwhelming.
Care doesn’t stop once services begin. Our care team personally connect with clients every month to make sure everything is working as it should. There are no call centres and no long waits — just real people checking in.
It’s why families trust us with their parents.
It’s why older Australians feel safe and supported in their own homes.
And it’s why veterans and their families know they are treated with dignity and respect.

We provide personal care, respite care, domestic assistance and more to entitled persons under the Veterans' Home Care (VHC) program. Our goal is to provide practical help that allows you to continue living independently in your home.
From vacuuming and mopping to bathroom cleaning and dishwashing, our team can assist you with a variety of cleaning and domestic services. Our aim is to help you maintain your independence and ensure your home is well-maintained.
Our nurses can assist you in the comfort of your home and will work with your family and GP to ensure you receive the support you require. We also offer personal care services and can help with showering, dressing, meal preparation and more.
We understand carers need support too, which is why we proudly offer respite care services. Our caregivers also provide one-on-one companionship to seniors and are dedicated to fostering meaningful connections.
