Caring for those who cared for us

Finding the right care - whether for yourself or for someone you love can feel overwhelming. At PACS, we make it simpler, more personal, and more reassuring.

We provide flexible, person-centred care that helps older Australians and veterans remain safe, independent, and connected in the place they feel most comfortable: home.

Our care is built around real relationships. We take the time to listen, understand what matters to you, and tailor support that fits your life today — and adapts as needs change tomorrow.

We are proud to be:

  • A government-approved provider under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)
  • A provider of Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) and (DVA) Community Nursing services
  • An associated provider for Support At Home (SAH)
  • A trusted partner for brokered care through other organisations
  • A provider of tailored private care for individuals who wish to self-fund support

Why Families Choose PACS

Choosing care for yourself or someone you love is a big decision. At PACS, we understand that — because for us, care is personal.

Many of our staff have been with us for years. They don’t just provide a service; they build genuine relationships. They learn routines, remember preferences, and take the time to care with respect, patience, and kindness. Our care feels familiar — not rushed or clinical.

When you call PACS, a real person answers the phone. There’s no “press 1 for this” or *“press 2 for that.”
You speak with someone who listens, understands, and helps, especially when things feel overwhelming.

Care doesn’t stop once services begin. Our care team personally connect with clients every month to make sure everything is working as it should. There are no call centres and no long waits — just real people checking in.

It’s why families trust us with their parents.

It’s why older Australians feel safe and supported in their own homes.
And it’s why veterans and their families know they are treated with dignity and respect.

“Hi Amanda and the wonderful PACS team,

Within my role as a care finder, I have the opportunity to work with my service providers and I would like to let you know that all the dealings that I have had with Premium Aged Care have been extraordinary , The clients I have referred to PACS have had wonderful outcomes and are very happy with the timeliness, the staff and the communications they have received.

I know funding had been an issue, however Lauren kept me in the loop with its progress, which meant that I could inform my clients what was happening, and they didn't lose faith in the system. These clients that have been waiting patiently have all been contracted now and are so grateful for everything.

My experience has been positive from all PACS staff, the support staff are well thought of and kind. Josie on the phone ensures my messages get to the people and she replies to me also, which means I can follow up with my clients.

PACS have always shown me a can-do attitude and problem-solving approach to get the best outcomes for some of our most remote and vulnerable clients.

I know that I can confidently tell new, existing, and potential clients about the positive experiences I have had with Premium Aged &  Community Care.”
