Premium Aged & Community Services (PACS) is a proudly family-owned and operated provider of in-home aged and community care. Originating in Northern NSW, PACS has grown to become one of the largest privately owned home care providers across regional New South Wales and Queensland.
To date, we have proudly delivered over 2.1 million hours of care and support, helping older Australians and veterans remain safe, independent, and supported in their own homes.
While our service footprint has expanded, our mission remains the same:
to empower people to live independently at home, with dignity, choice, and trusted support.

Owner and Managing Director, Amanda Hawkins brings over 20 years of industry experience and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. With a background that spans all levels of home care, Amanda leads PACS with compassion, integrity, and a strong focus on practical, hands-on leadership.
At PACS, our experienced leadership team and highly trained, dedicated staff are the foundation of our service excellence. We take pride in the loyalty and longevity of our workforce, with many team members having been with us for several years — a testament to our supportive culture and commitment to professional development.
We are proud to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the communities we serve. Our team brings a rich blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and cultural insight, enabling us to deliver care that is respectful, responsive, and person-centred. We value strong community connections and the depth of knowledge that comes from a team with a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
We are also proud to have a Registered Nurse on call 24/7 and the ability to activate new services within 24 hours, ensuring timely and responsive care when it’s needed most.
PACS delivers planned and emergency care 24/7 across the Central Coast, New England, Northern Tablelands, Northwest NSW, and Queensland, including the Darling Downs and Toowoomba regions.
We proudly hold contracts with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), Veterans’ Home Care (VHC), and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), and we are also an associated provider for Home Care Packages (HCP) — partnering with primary package holders to deliver high-quality, flexible support.
Our Head Office is based in Tamworth, NSW, and from here we coordinate services across our wide-reaching service regions. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to delivering care that is professional, personal, and grounded in trust.
